Most recently, Pamela obtained rescission of the sale of a medical device company based upon fraudulent inducement after 3 weeks in trial. Under Pamela’s leadership, Thakur Law Firm has long been the preferred law firm for California Foundation for Medical Care and Riverside County Medical Association and San Bernardino County Medical Society physicians and medical practices.
